Michael B. Devine, Drake 1980, was admitted as a 
Fellow in international commercial 
arbitration of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London, England, 
in May. He teaches courses 
on business law and legal ethics at the University of Wisconsin-La 
Crosse.
James L. Santelle, Chicago 1983, received the Edmund J. 
Randolph Award and the Superior 
Honor Award from the U.S. government, both in recognition of his service 
as justice attaché and 
rule of law coordinator at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. He has 
returned to his position 
with the Office of the U.S. Attorney, Eastern District of Wisconsin, 
Milwaukee.
Charlotte F. Westerhaus, Indiana Univ.-Bloomington 1991, 
received the First Decade 
Award from the National Association of College and University Attorneys 
(NACUA). The award 
recognizes innovative contributions or outstanding services to the NACUA 
and to higher education law. 
She is vice president of diversity and inclusion for the National 
Collegiate Athletic
