Branch 3 circuit judge seat

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has selected the Hon. 
Mary K. Wagner, U.W. 1982, to serve as the new chief judge of the 
Second Judicial Administrative District.  She is deputy chief judge 
of the district and sits on the Kenosha County Circuit Court.  The court 
reappointed the
