125.07(4)(bs)3, 4 125.07(4)(c)3, 4 343.30(6)(b)intro, (b)3, (c), (d) 938.344(2)(c), (2b)(c), (2d)(c)	Court Orders. Requires courts to suspend rather than revoke for Juvenile Alcohol.
343.30(1)	Requires courts to suspend rather than revoke for any traffic conviction.
343.30(2d)	Requires courts to suspend rather than revoke for Sex Offenses.
343.30(2m)	Requires courts to suspend rather than revoke for Intoxicant in Vehicle.
343.30(2g)	Court may suspend or revoke up to one year for hit and run offenses. Current DOT authority under 343.31(1)(d) to revoke for failure to stop and render aid or for serious property damage, and under 343.31(3)(i) and (j) for hit and run involving great bodily harm or death still apply and supersede this section.
343.30(3)	Changes language regarding manner in which Occupational driving privileges are taken away. The order granting the occupational license to the revoked or suspended is withdrawn and the license is cancelled.
343.31(2r)	Administrative Orders. Requires DOT to suspend rather than revoke for falsified applications, perjury, or making false certifications to DOT.
343.32(1m)(b)	Requires DOT to suspend rather than revoke for drug convictions in federal courts, Native American tribal courts, or other jurisdictions.
343.32(1s)	Requires DOT to suspend rather than revoke for Altering Driver License, Loaning of License, or Illegal Use of License.
938.34(14r)(a) 938.344(2e)(a) 938.344(2e)(c) 961.50(1)	Requires courts to suspend rather than revoke for drug convictions.
343.30(1n)	Effective Date. Makes the effective date of a suspension for excessive speeding the date of DOT's suspension order.
343.30(1z) 345.47(1)(b) 767.303(1) and (2) 800.09(1)(c) 800.095(4)(b)4 938.34(14m)	Length of Suspension. Reduces maximum suspension for nonpayment of fines or forfeitures to two years.
938.34(8) 938.343(2)	Removes requirement that a license suspended for nonpayment be kept in effect for at least 30 days. Permits reinstatement upon payment. Reduces maximum suspension period to two years.
